I spent 2 days in the side-country of Jackson Hole filming with TGR and their athletes in April, 2024. I was hired for Drone Ops and Cinematgraphery. My footage can be seen in the throughout the film.

Pro-Skier Teton Brown set out to conquer some of the most high-consequence lines in the Jackson Hole backcountry and attempt a few first descents. I worked with Teton for 3 months scouting, planning, and filming over the winter of 2022/23. We were fortunate with the conditions and were able to put together a film we are both immensely proud of. Hyperfocus is a story of one athlete’s ability to mentally hone in on the challenges of committing entirely to a season in Jackson Hole.

Journey To Infinity: Pico de Orizaba
Athletes Jason Hardrath and Nathan Longhurst set out to establish the first international infinity loop of the tallest volcano in North America: Pico de Orizaba (18,491’). Kevin Eassa and I joined the two athletes in Mexico to film the endeavor. We faced many challenges as a small team and were forced to overcome them and work as a team to accomplish this film. This film has been selected by two Film Festivals and is a piece of work Kevin and I are both extremely proud of.
This film brought numerous challenges: from the logistics of transport in Mexico to the struggle of being above 14k feet for days. The work went beyond merely capturing the struggle and sharing the athletes’ stories. I spent 5 hours at the summit to film the athletes’ climb up and over the peak. Kevin and I took shifts sleeping for a few hours at the Refugio before heading back into the night to film. The entire project was a massive challenge for the two of us to take on but it was a success; both from the athletes’ completing the loop and our ability to capture and tell their story.
